The XARELTO® DVT/PE Starter Pack helps patients initiate treatment and prevent recurrence of DVT/PE for the first 30 days.
In 1 pack, patients with DVT/PE would start with 15 mg twice daily* for the first 21 days, and then on Day 22 transition to 20 mg once daily*†—providing 24-hour DVT/PE treatment.
*Taken with food.
†Taken at approximately the same time each day.
