can help patients with:
- XARELTO withMe Savings Card—commercially insured patients may
pay as little as $10 for each 30-day
to 90-day fill of XARELTO®
There is a limit to savings per fill. The patient’s final out-of-pocket cost after the Savings Card is applied will depend on their insurance plan and pharmacy.

Eligible commercially insured patients may pay as
little as $10 for each 30-day to 90-day fill for XARELTO®.
There is a limit to savings per fill. Terms expire at the end of each calendar year. Offer subject to change or end without notice. Restrictions, including monthly maximums, may apply. Patients may participate without sharing their income information. See Savings Card Program Requirements
Patients may be eligible for the
XARELTO withMe Savings Card if they:
- Use commercial or private health insurance for their prescribed XARELTO® (rivaroxaban), and must pay an out-of-pocket cost for their medicine. Not valid for patients using Medicare, Medicaid, or other government-funded programs to pay for their medicines
- Are being treated with XARELTO®, except if they are prescribed XARELTO® 10 mg because of a recent non-surgical hospital discharge or because they have recently undergone hip or knee replacement surgery
For patients:
- Patients can enroll at XARELTOwithMe.com and receive an electronic card that can be saved to their mobile wallet
For providers and pharmacies:
- Provider Express at Portal.JNJwithMe.com allows you to get a XARELTO withMe Savings Card for eligible patients who need help with enrollment
- If you enroll your patients in the Savings Card via Provider Express, you may be able to view your patients’ Savings Card benefits once you create a J&J withMe Provider Portal account
